Role Overview:

As a Senior Account Executive within our global sales organization, you will spearhead sales initiatives with the largest and most strategic companies and public services in the DACH region. We seek a dynamic and high-performing sales professional who excels in addressing technically complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your strategic sales expertise and passion for cutting-edge technology to lead our AI initiatives with major companies in the DACH region.
  • Close significant sales opportunities by fostering multi-level client relationships, including engagement with C-suite executives, business leaders, and the developer community, while managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Drive a comprehensive sales process, from understanding customer needs and innovation requirements to qualifying opportunities, executing strategic campaigns, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Employ modern digital selling tools to analyze customer landscapes, identify new stakeholders, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Help clients visualize the value of our AI-powered platform while providing an exceptional sales engagement experience.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by identifying their needs and proposing tailored solutions using our AI-driven DevSecOps platform.
  • Maintain active and regular in-person client engagement throughout the sales cycle, coordinating with extended teams to build customer confidence.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive context regarding project scope, budget, and timelines through detailed financial and solution proposals.
  • Lead your account team and cultivate strong relationships across the organization to align on customer goals, solutions, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in executing multi-million-dollar software sales opportunities with major companies in the DACH region, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive experience engaging stakeholders throughout the customer organization, from executive alignment to software development teams.
  • Executive presence and the ability to understand the unique aspects of each customer’s business.
  • Established relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-Level and line of business leaders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Software Delivery Life Cycle, including DevOps, monitoring, security, and incident/change management.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for generating excitement around our solutions and transforming customer value delivery.
  • Solid commercial acumen, with experience in crafting compelling financial proposals and leading negotiations that result in mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with strategic selling methodologies, integrated with CRM systems to manage the sales lifecycle effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-level sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and teams.
