For instance, you might develop new sales models for a consumer goods manufacturer, identify strategic alternatives for an automotive supplier, or assist in uncovering growth opportunities and potential synergies in deal-making.
In the realm of cost reduction, you will pinpoint optimization potentials within the supply chain of a machinery manufacturer, in the procurement processes of a retailer, or within support functions. Become a trusted advisor to our clients, ranging from global corporations to medium-sized family businesses and private equity portfolio companies.
Your Responsibilities

- As a key member of the project team, you will develop strategies aimed at sustainable value enhancement.
- You will support our clients in both transactional contexts and transformational value enhancement and sustainability projects.
- Quickly take on responsibilities within project work and engage in various topics and sectors based on your interests.
- Advance your expertise in areas such as data science, value enhancement and transformation programs, or sustainability strategy.
- We encourage your personal development by enabling you to take on more responsibilities and progress to project leadership roles.
- You will join us as a Lead Consultant in Strategic Advisory Services with outstanding academic achievements in (business) engineering, computer science, natural sciences, economics, humanities, or a related field.
- You have accumulated at least two years of professional experience in strategy development, cost reduction or value enhancement programs, business development, mergers & acquisitions, digital business models, or management consulting.
- Possessing strong analytical and conceptual skills, you enjoy tackling complex questions.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English proficiency are essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel is required, and international experience is advantageous.
- Your ability to work in teams and your persuasive presence complete your qualifications.
