Lead Consultant in Financial Advisory & Process Optimization - Capital Markets (m/f/d)

With extensive knowledge in finance and accounting, you will work alongside your team in the Finance Advisory sector to support our national and international clients. As a trusted advisor, you will assist clients with various issues in the accounting and reporting domain, including transitions from local GAAP to IFRS or adapting to new accounting standards.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise to sustainably enhance our Accounting & Process Advisory division, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Actively participate in advising on initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases, and bond issuances.
  • Take charge of preparing and reviewing prospectus-specific financial information (including Pro-Forma Financial Statements and Carve-out / Combined Financial Statements).
  • Assist in the development of capital market-compliant reporting systems.
  • Engage in advisory roles during Post-Merger Integration projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for solutions regarding accounting issues in corporate transactions.
  • Support the transition of accounting practices (Conversion) from local GAAP to IFRS.
  • Additionally, aid in the implementation and adherence to new accounting principles.
Your Profile
  • To become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Financial Advisory & Process Optimization - Capital Markets, you should possess a degree in business administration with a focus on international accounting, auditing, or finance.
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in industry, auditing, or consulting firms is required.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • A willingness to travel and international experience will enhance your qualifications.
