Brand Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand experience in the DACH region, ensuring alignment with market share, brand strength, and financial performance targets.
- Actively contribute to the European cross-functional go-to-market approach, shaping the category and trade narrative for the upcoming year.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of professionals to drive business results.
- Co-own media strategy and execution within the region, working closely with the Media Manager to build brand equity.
- Collaborate with central and professional teams to craft tailored, effective plans for the region.
- Lead and participate in key projects shaping the brand's presence.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication Studies, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Marketing.
- Solid professional experience in Brand Management/Consumer Marketing with a focus on FMCG (health, beauty, cosmetics, hygiene, or pharmaceuticals).
- Experience in complex stakeholder/matrix structures, as well as cross-functional and international setups.
- Cross-media and digital competencies/experience in the field of digital media.
- A proactive, assertive, and communicative individual who knows how to persuade people.
- Very good English skills.
