Job Title: Brand Management Lead - FMCG

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Management Lead to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive in Hamburg. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive brand experience in the DACH region, ensuring alignment with market share, brand strength, and financial performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a cohesive brand experience in the DACH region
* Actively contribute to the European cross-functional go-to-market approach
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team
* Co-own media strategy and execution within the region
* Collaborate with central and professional teams to craft tailored, effective plans for the region

Requirements:

* A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication Studies, or a comparable field
* Solid professional experience in Brand Management/Consumer Marketing with a focus on FMCG
* Experience in complex stakeholder/matrix structures and cross-functional and international setups
* Cross-media and digital competencies/experience in the field of digital media
* Proactive, assertive, and communicative individual with good English skills
