About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics professional to join our team at Wayfair. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Meta, Pinterest, and Apple
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform marketing strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as math, sciences, engineering, economics, or business
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, management consulting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
