Data Analyst Position at Oetker Digital GmbH

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team at Oetker Digital GmbH. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in uncovering trends and insights from complex marketing data sets, driving key business decisions, and supporting our data-driven decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives, and develop data-driven solutions to address them
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and technologies, and recommend new approaches to improve data analysis capabilities
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or data consulting, preferably within a business context
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
  • Proficient in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling
  • Experience with Marketing Data and Analytics, as well as Retail Media and Customer Analytics would be a big plus
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms for data storage and processing, having worked with BigQuery is a plus
  • Strong abilities in generating reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • A passion for learning, hands-on work, taking ownership, and making an impact
  • Fluent in German and English
