About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing BI Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team at HelloFresh Global Headquarters in Berlin. As a key consultant for senior leadership, you will help us build data-driven insights to develop strategies to grow and optimize our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to inform marketing strategies and optimize business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, finance, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau, and Python
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
