Job Title: Lead Data Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data Management team as Lead Data Management - Material Master (f/m/d) at our Frankfurt Headquarter.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the strategy, objectives, and implementation plan for the Material Master data cluster.
  • Lead and mentor the Data Owners or Sub-Owners in your cluster, providing guidance and support to ensure successful data management.
  • Accountable for the data objects definition of the Material Master cluster, ensuring that data is properly defined, following standards and policies across the organization.
  • Provide functional expertise to define data models, governance, processes, harmonization, and data quality rules.
  • Oversee Data Quality Management activities for all data objects within your data cluster, providing guidance on prioritization and metrics.
  • Review data migration reports with the Data Owner and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies with several years of professional experience in a leadership role.
  • Relevant experience in a Master Data Management-oriented role in a technical and commercial context, with a strong understanding of (SAP) Data model, industry-leading Data Quality and Data Management practices.
  • Highly skilled in change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change, and performance measurement system design.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on details, as well as problem-solving competence.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level management from technology and business in an international and intercultural environment.
