Die SGS-Gruppe ist ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen in den Bereichen Prüfen, Inspizieren und Zertifizieren. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Market and Sales Director, der unsere Vertriebsstrategie im Bereich Natural Resources weiterentwickeln und umsetzen kann.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Festlegung der Vertriebsinitiativen für den Bereich Natural Resources
  • Herunterbrechen der Vertriebsstrategie/-initiativen und Ableitung von Zielen für die Sales Mitarbeitenden
  • Disziplinarische Führung des Sales Teams
  • Fachliche und inhaltliche Abstimmung mit den Business Development Managern und anderen Division Managern des Bereichs sowie mit den internationalen Kollegen
  • Betreuung der Top Key Accounts des Bereichs
  • Der Market and Sales Director berichtet direkt an den Director Natural Resources

Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium
  • Idealerweise haben Sie Expertise durch mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Öl-, Gas-, Chemie- oder Agrarwirtschaft
  • Nachweisbare und nachhaltige Erfolge im Vertrieb
  • Starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit Leitungserfahrung von Sales Teams/Business Einheiten
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten/Verhandlungsgeschick auf höchster Ebene
  • Deutsch/Englisch verhandlungssicher
