Senior Sales Manager - Salon Division

Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager for the Salon Division is tasked with overseeing, nurturing, and recruiting a dedicated sales team that caters to professional beauty establishments and educational institutions. This team is responsible for promoting the comprehensive portfolio of professional brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Set and cascade individual performance targets to ensure the team consistently meets or surpasses sales objectives.
- Team Development: Assess the skills and motivation levels of team members, customizing management strategies to foster individual growth.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain focus on key priorities, monitor performance metrics, and lead regular sales meetings.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and sustain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including salon owners and educational institutions.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to inform territory development and customer engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in external sales, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
