Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building

- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends
- Participate in sales forecasting and planning to ensure accurate sales projections and pipeline management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
