Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Controlling Team Lead to join our team at AUTO1 Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for controlling the cost of our logistics spending and leading the coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a multinational team of ~10 people to achieve logistics cost control and process optimization goals.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure the health of our logistics business and drive process improvements.
- Manage the performance of cost controlling processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Business Analysis, Business Engineering, Product, and Tech teams to implement tools and processes that automate repetitive tasks and drive efficiency.
- Manage mini-projects to continuously improve the controlling function and drive business growth.
- At least 6+ years of relevant work experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting, cost control, automotive logistics, or transportation is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards shared goals.
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks, learn quickly, and drive continuous improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on proactive and transparent communication.
- Attention to detail with a willingness to learn Auto1's internal processes and tools.
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining budget discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex quantitative concepts into understandable insights.
