Logistics Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to lead our Order Fulfillment team in Germany. As a key member of our logistics management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new logistics processes, onboarding new service providers, and managing day-to-day logistics operations for our brands across the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Onboard new service providers and enhance in-house capacities to meet growing demand
  • Negotiate logistics contracts with key partners to secure favorable terms
  • Manage day-to-day logistics operations for our brands across the German market
  • Address capacity bottlenecks in our transport and storage network to ensure seamless delivery
  • Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics or a dynamic startup environment
  • Initial leadership experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners at all hierarchical levels
  • Ability to manage multiple operational and tactical challenges under time pressure
  • German language proficiency at C1 level, English at least at B2 level
