Als Digitalisierungspartner der Bundeswehr suchen wir einen erfahrenen Digital Transformation Manager, der unsere IT-Infrastruktur weiterentwickelt und unsere Führungs- und Einsatzfähigkeit stärkt.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Als höchste Instanz für Transformations-Projektmanagement sind Sie zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle großen, unternehmensweit laufenden und potentiellen Vorhaben des Transformations-Projektportfolios.
  • Als Sparringspartner, Berater und Coach unterstützen Sie die Verantwortlichen in den Transformationsvorhaben und sichern die Qualitätssicherung des Gesamtprozesses.
  • Konzeption, Beschreibung und Implementierung der benötigten Rahmenbedingungen, Prozesse, Standards und Vorgaben für den gesamten Lifecycle von relevanten Vorhaben im Transformations-Projektportfolio.
  • Fachliche Gesamtverantwortung für die Prüfung zukünftiger Transformationsvorhaben auf Erfüllung der notwendigen Voraussetzungen.
  • Konzeption von erfolgskritischen Transformationsprojekten, sowie Übernahme der Leitung und des Managements dieser hochkomplexen Transformationsvorhaben.
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar.
  • Mindestens 10-jährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Kontext von (strategischem) Großprojekt-/Programm-Management in unterschiedlichen Funktionen innerhalb der IT-Branche.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement mit nachweislichen Erfolgen im Rahmen von Technologie-Transformationen (z.B. Cloud, Künstliche Intelligenz), Digital- und Unternehmenstransformationen gepaart mit interdisziplinarer Führungserfahrung.
  • Erfahrungen im Management von Abhängigkeiten zwischen komplexen Transformations-Vorhaben.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Dienstleistungsportfolios eines IT-Dienstleisters.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Überzeugungsvermögen.
  • Hohes Maß an Veränderungsbereitschaft und Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Kenntnisse der Bedarfsanforderungen des Kunden Bundeswehr.
