Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role focused on strategy within a professional services firm, industry, startup, or reputable consultancy.
  • A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees such as a Ph.D. or MBA are advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills, with a confident demeanor when engaging with C-level executives.
  • Strong foundation in strategy development, supported by practical experience with consulting methodologies and frameworks.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with the talent to convey complex solutions effectively.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in leading and executing national and/or international digital transformation projects.
  • A genuine interest in topics such as organizational development, change management, innovation management, business modeling, process optimization, multi-channel strategies, data management, and e-commerce.
  • A collaborative spirit and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English (business fluent), in addition to German.
  • A passion for presenting team-developed ideas to clients with a customer-centric approach and sound business insight.
  • A commitment to teamwork and a continuous learning attitude.
  • Native-level proficiency in German is ideal, or at least high proficiency (business level).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Knowledge of French is a plus.
