Role Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of engineers (Backend / Mobile / Web), ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative products and ongoing enhancements to your team's technological landscape.
- Drive architectural and design choices within the team, maintaining a strong emphasis on the highest quality standards, engineering best practices, and operational excellence.
- Facilitate close collaboration and joint decision-making among various engineering teams and stakeholders, particularly product leaders.

Qualifications
