As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Account Executives who empower restaurants to simplify and scale their operations through our restaurant technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach your team to deliver exceptional customer-first sales experiences and showcase our platform to restaurateurs.
  • Develop and implement efficient prospecting, walk-ins, and live demo strategies.
  • Empower your team to generate interest in our platform through walk-ins and customized outreach.
  • Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates, and track Account Executive activity metrics.
  • Drive new business targets for your team and grow your territories by expanding the customer base and hiring and building your field sales team.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, customer success, implementation, and other internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hiring, leading, and coaching a team of account executives.
  • Management of a full-cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
  • Background in SaaS, hospitality, or restaurants is a plus.
  • A passion for being in the field with your team and outbound sales experience is a must.
