Ihre Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit im Kernteam: Engagieren Sie sich im neu formierten Team für Finanzberichterstattung.
- Verantwortung übernehmen: Als globaler Prozessverantwortlicher sind Sie zuständig für die Standardisierung, Harmonisierung und Effizienzsteigerung des Finanzberichterstattungsprozesses.
- Berichtswesen: Sie berichten an die Leitung der Finanzabteilung und arbeiten eng mit der Buchhaltungsfunktion zusammen.
- Anforderungen managen: Koordinieren und integrieren Sie lokale Anforderungen in den globalen Finanzberichterstattungsprozess.

- Schnittstelle: Agieren Sie als Bindeglied zu den Stakeholdern des Finanzberichterstattungsprozesses, einschließlich lokaler Finanzverantwortlicher und IT.
- Richtlinien erstellen: Entwickeln Sie klare und verständliche Richtlinien für den Prozess.

Ihr Profil
- Bildungsabschluss: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Prozessmanagement.
- Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 8 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzberichterstattung in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder einer angesehenen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
- Fachkenntnisse: Umfassende Kenntnisse des Finanzberichterstattungsprozesses mit Fokus auf lokale Einheiten.
- Prozesserfahrung: Erfahrung in der Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Finanzberichterstattungsprozessen in internationalen Unternehmen.
- SAP-Kenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP R3; Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA sind von Vorteil.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Kompetenzen: Analytisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative, die Motivation, Prozesse zu verbessern, sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
- IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.
