As part of our strategic vision, we are seeking a highly analytical and strategic financial expert to oversee and manage financial reporting, analysis, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with proficiency in IFRS and experience in driving process improvements and standardization across diverse regions and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal guidelines.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, providing insights and recommendations based on financial performance and market trends.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global, regional, and local finance teams, as well as non-financial departments, to ensure alignment and harmonization of financial processes and reporting standards.
  • Improvement processes: Ensure full implementation of the new planning tool in our globally operating companies and adoption of local forecasting processes to foster efficiency and deeper insights into financial data.
  • Global Reporting Standards: Work across departments and regions to harmonize financial processes, tools, and global reporting standards, ensuring consistency and transparency.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and legal/regulatory requirements, supporting audit processes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in financial controlling or financial management, ideally in a global or multinational organization.
  • Skills: Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in IFRS. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
