About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Manager for SAP FI to join our team at the REWE Group. As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing financial processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement financial processes using SAP FI, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and system updates.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in process management, preferably in a financial or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI and its modules, including financial accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
