GLOVIS Europe GmbH is seeking a skilled Tariff & Tender Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing Freight Forwarding Tariff & Tender related to the European Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tariff Management: Source and analyze information about new suppliers and forwarders, conduct supplier qualification and due diligence processes, and manage tariff procurement, structuring, maintenance, and updates.
  • Tender Management: Define joint tenders aligned with sales and product strategies, manage tender processes, and moderate customer and supplier conditions.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, with excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to efficiently manage tariffs and tenders, and support other groups smoothly.
  • Good knowledge of the logistics market and procurement/tendering process.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Completed training or studies in business administration or logistics, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
