Identity and Access Management Professional

This role is part of the IAM Product team within the Group CISO function and is responsible for shaping the future of identity and access management within the GLS Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, operate, and optimize the group-wide identity and access management (IAM) solution
  • Align the IAM architecture with relevant stakeholders, including HR, security, compliance, and IT
  • Collaborate in the group-wide implementation project
  • Integrate directory services and new applications into the IAM solution
  • Consult with stakeholders on IAM topics
  • Coordinate and execute regular controls, such as re-certification of rights and process reviews
  • Support internal and external audits

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, information systems, or comparable professional work experience in IT
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in the area of identity and access management
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, user management, privileged access management, and single-sign-on
  • Knowledge of current information security challenges and specific security risks in the enterprise environment
  • Experience with established identity and access management solutions
  • Advanced language proficiency in English, with other languages a plus
