Sales Support Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Waters Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing tender forms, and managing quotations for our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit tender forms to various portals
- Receive and forward customer inquiries to our sales team
- Prepare quotations for technical sales staff and manage the quotation system
- Translate and review marketing materials from English to German
- Provide first-point-of-contact for TAI customers
- Plan and organize sales events, such as trade fairs and seminars
- Monitor the general email inbox for the DACH TAI team
- Screen for new potential accounts and maintain customer master data in the CRM system
- Maintain device master data in SAP for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Requirements
- German and English language skills to a professional level
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Solid team player with high self-motivation
- Qualifications in chemical or chemical engineering, materials science, or a similar field
