Transformers Sales Executive

BEZ Transformatory is a leader in the design and production of transformers, providing innovative and efficient voltage conversion solutions tailored for various sectors of the electrical industry.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in Sales, particularly in Acquisition.
- Proficiency in English and German is essential.
- A background in Engineering or Technical education is highly regarded.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Formulating and implementing the commercial strategy for the distribution transformers sector.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Conducting market research, including comprehensive market analysis, understanding key drivers and trends, identifying competitors, and gathering specifications from various end-users.
- Providing strategic insights on technical solutions, competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and innovations during the proposal phase – including preparation, presentation, and negotiation of offers.
- Establishing and ensuring the execution of pricing strategies while being accountable for achieving sales targets.
- Gaining in-depth technical knowledge of distribution transformers and comprehensive market insights.
- Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to facilitate the development and delivery of new products and services that meet customer demands and enhance satisfaction.
- Participating in industry trade shows and association meetings.
- Evaluating the performance of various sales channels to implement necessary adjustments that drive orders and sales growth.

Additional Information:
- Willingness to travel is required, potentially up to 50% of the time.
- Attractive base salary with the potential for a yearly bonus of up to 30%.
