ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Client Technical Architect in Tech-Sales (m/f/d), you will be an integral part of the Sales Team, focusing on engaging with technical buyer personas through comprehensive demonstrations, validations, and in-depth discussions throughout the sales process. You will serve as a crucial link between prospective clients and our technical expertise, playing a significant role in illustrating the advantages and functionalities of our technology.

  • Identify and comprehend the challenges faced by potential clients, aligning Knowis' solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations that effectively highlight the strengths of our offerings.
  • Propel sales initiatives by articulating the features and benefits of our products and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering team to fulfill client specifications.
  • Strategically plan and implement Proofs of Technology (PoTs) and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), addressing design, implementation, and system integration requirements.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Offer tailored solution recommendations by leveraging extensive technical knowledge, industry insights, and business acumen.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve your technical proficiency.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is expected.
