Your Role
As a Client Technical Architect in Tech Sales, you are part of the Sales Team and responsible for the coverage of technical buyer personas. You will run technical demonstrations, validations, and deep dives from opportunity generation to closing. You are a key liaison between our potential clients and partners and our technical excellence, playing a pivotal role in guiding them into the capabilities and benefits of our technology.
- Understand the pain points of potential customers and align our offerings to the respective customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our offerings.
- Drive sales efforts by effectively communicating the capabilities of our products and services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to address client requirements.
- Plan and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) with respective design, implementation, and system integration requirements according to scope.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Provide solution recommendations for clients applying broad technical skills, industry knowledge, and business acumen expertise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your technical expertise.
Your Profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in a related field.
