We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team.
Key Responsibilities
Become a vital member of the Digital team within the "Supply Chain Digital & Analytics" department, part of the Supply Chain Excellence division. Collaborate with a group of seasoned professionals to shape the Supply Chain Digital Roadmap, aligning it with business strategies, market trends, and stakeholder insights. Utilize your expertise in supply chain processes and project management to enhance performance and optimize our digital landscape.
Your Role
Develop and refine the comprehensive reporting and analytics framework concerning IT tools, data, and associated processes. Spearhead initiatives in Supply Chain reporting and analytics by creating, implementing, and maintaining organization-wide reports. Act as the liaison between IT and business support functions, prioritizing requirements in your role as Product Owner. Generate and enhance complex ad-hoc reports utilizing tools such as Power BI and Analysis for Office (AfO). Assist Supply Chain departments in data organization and integration of new data sources. Design and initiate AI-driven use cases for Supply Chain analytics and data insights. Foster effective collaboration with Supply Chain teams through regular training sessions and workshops. Research and analyze emerging market best practices, new technologies, and digitalization trends. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, performance enhancement, and open feedback within the organization. Cultivate expert knowledge and provide coaching on digital skills, methods, and technologies.Required Qualifications
A master's degree is essential; additional qualifications such as a PhD or MBA are welcomed. Several years of relevant experience in consulting, IT, or Supply Chain management are required. Strong knowledge of data management practices, including data collection, organization, enrichment, and visualization. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a structured and pragmatic approach to work. Proficient in reporting and data processing tools (e.g., SAP SAC, MS Power Apps / BI). A strong desire to explore automation opportunities, particularly through the integration of AI technologies. Exceptional analytical abilities combined with strong problem-solving skills. High resilience in challenging situations, with a readiness to manage risks and take ownership. Experience managing international projects and complex stakeholder relationships across various levels. A proactive approach to driving organizational change, supported by effective communication skills. Proficiency in English and German is required.Benefits
