Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our E.ON SE team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a vital role in driving high-impact projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing optimization initiatives to enhance the quality of supply chain processes
- Drive and steer high-impact projects along the entire sourcing process of E.ON's product and service categories
- Analyze and optimize sourcing approaches and negotiation strategies with the negotiation experts in your team and relevant category teams
- Structure and design target group-oriented communication on sourcing optimization activities and decision templates for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study
- Several years of work experience as a project manager in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, or a consulting background with practical expertise in strategic procurement projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as high project management expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, as well as the ability to work independently but also as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and German
