Your Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain & Warehousing Team is in search of a Supply Chain Project Manager to enhance our operations.
The successful candidate will become part of the Supply Chain & Warehousing team, which operates within the broader Marine Logistics & Supply Chain division of Fleet Operations & Maintenance – Offshore Wind.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in managing projects within a multifaceted, stakeholder-rich, and operationally complex environment.
The selected candidate will oversee specific projects that typically encompass the formulation and execution of supply chain and warehousing strategies and processes tailored to meet the identified operational needs in an offshore wind context.

This role necessitates the ability to cultivate effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
This is a dynamic and diverse position, requiring exceptional communication and time management capabilities, alongside a robust project management skill set.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in supply chain management, with a minimum of five years of experience as a Project Manager or, alternatively, as an Assistant Project Manager with five years of experience, who is eager to advance their career.

Your Future Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain & Warehousing Lead to define project scopes, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, deliverables, timelines, and methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain thorough project documentation.

Time Management:

  • Identify critical milestones and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with internal project members to ensure timely task completion.

Team Management:

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Guide the project team towards unified objectives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide necessary support and guidance.

Budget Management:

  • Work alongside the Supply Chain & Warehousing Lead to create and oversee cost estimates, Capex/Opex budget forecasts, and actuals, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and effective resource utilization.
  • Guarantee that all project deliverables are achieved within the designated timeline and budget.

Change Management:

  • Monitor changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish direct relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Communicate project updates consistently.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential internal and external risks and devise strategies for mitigation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers.

Your Essential Skills:

  • Advanced verbal and visual presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

  • Five years of project management experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.

Your Profile:

  • Professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management, commercial law, or international trade are advantageous.
  • Experience in contract negotiation is beneficial.
  • Background in the offshore or onshore wind industry is a plus.
  • Documented evidence of prior project management or assistant project management experience.
