Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to empower businesses with data-driven insights and strategies that propel their growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling our clients to make informed and trusted judgments and gain a competitive advantage in their respective industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Transform data into actionable insights, enabling clients to make informed decisions
  • Mentor and guide associate data professionals, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster their professional development
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, nurturing skills and providing thought leadership and support within the company
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of experience as an analyst in a fast-paced environment driving projects and business insights
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability for critical thinking and reflection
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to leverage both SQL and visualization tools to generate insights for clients
  • Business fluency (C2 or native) in German or English
  • Preferred: Experience in bringing a data science model to production
  • Preferred: Strong expertise in one or more core functional data areas (e.g. product/marketing/operational/etc.)
