POSITION OVERVIEW
The role involves a comprehensive understanding of customer loyalty initiatives and their integration within the company's technical frameworks. Key responsibilities include:
- Gaining insights into the operational workflows of loyalty programs and their execution across various technical platforms.
- Analyzing the interconnectivity of these platforms along with their data structures and processes.
- Formulating recommendations for the enhancement of loyalty programs while securing buy-in from both local and corporate stakeholders.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to outline and prioritize business needs.
- Coordinating the execution of business requirements in partnership with local and central IT teams.
- Overseeing the resolution of issues by local and central support teams, ensuring adherence to established service standards.
- Developing, monitoring, and revising business cases for loyalty initiatives and related projects.
- Engaging in strategic CRM planning, charting the course for loyalty programs and associated initiatives.
- Facilitating communication between central and local teams regarding functions, priorities, and procedures, while establishing uniform standards for processes related to loyalty programs.
- Possessing a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
- Bringing several years of experience in software project management, preferably within CRM/Digital environments or from an IT consulting background.
- Demonstrating a solid grasp of business processes, IT project management, and IT operations.
- Having expertise in customer loyalty, loyalty programs, customer accounts, and couponing systems.
- Exhibiting a proactive approach, results-driven mindset, strong focus on implementation, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Utilizing analytical skills and proficiently handling financial data.
- Fluency in German and English with strong negotiation capabilities is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office and Jira/Confluence.
