Customer Loyalty Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer loyalty programs and strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer loyalty programs and their implementation within our technical systems
- Develop a deep understanding of the interaction between these systems and the associated data structures and flows (business architecture)
- Develop proposals for the functional development of customer loyalty programs and gain support from stakeholders (local and group)
- Define and prioritize business requirements with local and group stakeholders
- Plan, support, and control the implementation of business requirements with local and central IT units
- Control fixing activities of local and central support units and ensure compliance with agreed service levels
- Develop, maintain, and update business cases for customer loyalty programs and related topics/initiatives
- Contribute to strategic CRM planning, planning of the roadmap for customer loyalty programs and other customer loyalty initiatives
- Moderate and mediate between central and local functions regarding functions, priorities, terminologies, procedures, etc. and establish and ensure common standards for the control processes around customer loyalty programs
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in business development, customer loyalty, and digital transformation. You should have a deep understanding of business processes, IT project management, and IT processes.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration (business economics), business informatics, or comparable education
- Several years of experience in managing software projects, preferably from the CRM/digital and/or experience from an IT-related consulting company
- Wide understanding of business processes, IT project management, and IT processes
- Experience and knowledge in topics such as customer loyalty, customer loyalty programs – and systems, customer account, and couponing
- High level of self-initiative and result orientation, strong implementation focus, pragmatism, ability to prioritize, and assertiveness
- Analytical approach and safe handling of economic key figures
- Languages: German and English, negotiable, required
- Very good knowledge of MS Office & Jira/Confluence
