About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Clarios. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to launch complex programs, ensuring timely and profitable execution according to budget and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring seamless execution and management of programs.
- Take a holistic view of projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing proactive solutions.
- Lead and drive Simultaneous Development Teams (SDTs) through Power D3 / ITP to launch programs.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of program management processes, optimizing usage to support business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring prompt response to customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing clear and concise updates.
- Lead within a project, enabling and supporting team members, and motivating them to achieve excellence.
- Plan and conduct Program Reviews at Senior Management Level, ensuring timely gate exits.
- Manage conflicts and escalations, making decisions that align with company values.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
- PMP Certification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methods, including auditing, PMI standards, and IATF standards.
- Ability to demonstrate customer and supplier relationship management.
- High social competencies and excellent communication and presentation skills.
