Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of projects through methodical and administrative support.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee the quality of project documentation and reports, employing project management tools such as KANBAN boards, Wikis, Teamsites, and others.
  • Track and manage time, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and workshops.
  • Document meeting minutes, prepare presentations, and conduct evaluations.
  • Perform duties related to the project management office.
  • Enhance and uphold project standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a business or technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in project assistance and management.
  • Genuine interest in IT-related topics.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong networking skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Fluency in German (minimum C2 level).
