Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to join our Identity & Access Management team at Prosystems IT. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing changes in authorization systems, dispatching tickets in user management systems, and participating in projects related to authorization management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement changes in authorization systems to ensure secure access to company resources.
  • Dispatch tickets in user management systems to resolve access-related issues.
  • Participate in projects related to authorization management to improve system security and efficiency.
  • Execute tasks in the internal control system to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Act as a contact for new application user administration to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system changes and user access.
  • Conduct quality assurance of relevant service level agreements to ensure compliance and security.
Requirements
  • Educational background or experience in IT, preferably in identity management and access control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Windows administration and scripting.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL framework and ISO 27000 certifications.
  • Quick learner and team player with excellent communication skills in German.
