Project Management Specialist

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Management Specialist to lead our product development efforts. Our Agile team operates across various locations, managing the complete software development lifecycle, from project initiation to the implementation and operation of advanced physical access control software that integrates multiple electronic locking systems and various identification technologies.

Your Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leading Agile teams.
  • Extensive background in product development.
  • Proven success in delivering software products from concept through to launch.
  • Ability to assess project requirements, identify dependencies and risks, and formulate strategies to meet project objectives within set timelines.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in Business English.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Kanban.
  • Proficient in coordinating project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Strong analytical skills focused on continuous improvement.
  • Accountability for enhancing customer and partner relationships.
  • Effective people management skills, with the capability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with IoT solutions in building automation and physical access control.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of fundamental security principles.
  • Proficiency in the German language.
