About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Project Manager to join our team at USU Solutions DACH. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring large projects related to the implementation of the USU Service Management Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and management, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the service management industry
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
