Forklift Operator for Food Logistics

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated forklift operator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the efficient assembly of our meal kits. No previous experience is necessary; we encourage you to apply with ease.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Loading and unloading trucks, as well as managing the internal transportation of food and packaging supplies.
  • Organizing the production supply area.
  • Moving palletized products to loading docks for outgoing shipments.
  • Accurately documenting material movements with a handheld scanner.
  • Adhering to established protocols for food handling.
  • Taking responsibility for productivity and minimizing errors in your work area.
  • Ensuring a steady supply of food pallets or crates to the production line.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in German or English.
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
  • Ability to work in cold conditions, typically between +2°C and +8°C.
  • Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and commitment.
  • Natural inclination towards careful food handling and compliance with regulations.
  • Strong quality awareness and understanding of food quality standards.
  • Possession of a forklift license and experience operating forklifts.
