About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Operator/Setter to join our team at our Magdeburg location. As a Machine Operator/Setter, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining outsert machines, ensuring high-quality production and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute production processes on outsert machines
• Operate outsert machines to produce high-quality packaging
• Process and manage production orders
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on outsert machines
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards
• Meet production targets and deadlines
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a related field
• Technical knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with outsert machines is an asset
