Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to assist in the management and operation of Training Systems.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and maintain Windows Terminal Services Platforms, including system monitoring, maintenance, security management, troubleshooting, and support.
- Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures to protect the WTS environment, including patch management.
- Monitor system performance and health, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Manage the IT ticketing system, prioritizing tickets based on severity and impact on business operations.
- Support the onboarding of Hands-on Practice items in the Learning Platform.
Your Profile
We are looking for an individual who is proactive, resilient, and eager to learn. You enjoy engaging in meaningful projects and are motivated by continuous learning.
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with MS Software Installation technologies and Linux Operating Systems is advantageous.
- Soft skills: Team-oriented, excellent communication and organizational abilities, keen interest in leveraging technology to address business challenges.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
