Your Role
We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to assist in the management and operations of Training Systems.
Your upcoming responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and sustain Windows Terminal Services Platforms (including system monitoring, maintenance, security management, troubleshooting, and support).
- Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures to protect the WTS environment, including patch management.
- Evaluate system performance and health, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Manage the IT ticketing system, prioritizing requests based on urgency and impact on business operations.
- Facilitate the onboarding of Hands-on Practice items within the Learning Platform.
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates initiative, resilience, and curiosity. You are enthusiastic about engaging in meaningful projects and are motivated by continuous learning.
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with MS Software Installation technologies and Linux Operating Systems is advantageous.
- Soft skills: Team-oriented, excellent communication and organizational capabilities, keen interest in leveraging technology to address business challenges.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
