Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to assist in the management and operation of Training Systems.
Your upcoming responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and sustain Windows Terminal Services Platforms (including system monitoring, maintenance, security management, troubleshooting, and support).
- Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures to protect the WTS environment, including patch management.
- Evaluate system performance and health, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Manage the IT ticketing system, prioritizing requests based on urgency and impact on business operations.
- Facilitate the onboarding of Hands-on Practice items within the Learning Platform.
Your Profile
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate initiative, resilience, and a thirst for knowledge. You enjoy engaging in significant innovative projects and are motivated by continuous learning.
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with MS Software Installation technologies and Linux Operating Systems is advantageous.
- Soft skills: Team-oriented, excellent communication and organizational capabilities, keen interest in leveraging technology to address business challenges.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
