Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of client meetings, including visitor requests, enhancing presentation materials, and managing promotional items.
- Develop and distribute internal communications such as newsletters.
- Organize and coordinate industry-specific events, both virtual and in-person.
- Aid in the annual planning for go-to-market strategies and account management.
- Contribute to the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process and maintain associated customer relationship management (CRM) data.
- Prepare and follow up on account reviews as part of the annual customer planning process.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks within the sales back office operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred academic disciplines include: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language proficiency in both German and English.
- Desired personal attributes: Adaptable, approachable, resilient, self-motivated, eager to learn new concepts, and capable of working independently.
About Your Team
The DMI Backoffice Team within the Manufacturing & Automotive Sector provides essential support to four sales teams comprising 44 sales professionals and four sales managers. This team plays a crucial role in assisting our sales staff with the effective management of sales transactions, making it an integral part of the DMI sector.
We are seeking a working student to assist with our daily operational tasks.
