Job Title: Customer Success Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Joblift in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and optimization of customer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Campaign Onboarding: Serve as the central point of contact for customer campaign onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and a smooth start.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Take ownership of campaign execution and optimization, leveraging your analytical skills to drive results and improve customer satisfaction.
- Liaison between Account Managers and Customers: Act as a liaison between Account Managers and customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Marketplace Teams: Work closely with Marketing and Marketplace teams to drive campaign success and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in campaign management or performance marketing.
- Skills: Strong analytical and structured work approach, ability to balance customer and company interests.
