Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at BabyOne. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the cash register with a friendly and professional attitude, handling customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
