Service Sales Coordinator

As a Service Sales Coordinator at TOMRA, you will be part of a team that ensures customer experience meets the highest industrial standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns effectively.
- Assisting Service Sales Advisors in creating customer service contracts.
- Following up on service visits and invoicing.
- Monitoring and expediting spare parts orders to guarantee on-time delivery.
Key Qualifications
- Certified commercial training (completed vocational training).
- At least two years of previous customer service experience.
- Good working knowledge of ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Positive attitude in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers in German and English language.
