Service Sales Coordinator

As a Service Sales Coordinator at TOMRA, you will be part of a team that ensures customer experience from A-Z with the highest industrial standard. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient coordination with internal functions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone and email.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns effectively.
- Assist Service Sales Advisors in creating customer service contracts.
- Follow up on service visits and invoicing.
- Monitor and expedite spare parts orders to guarantee on-time delivery.
Requirements:
- Certified commercial training (abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung).
- At least two years of previous customer service experience preferred.
- Good working knowledge of ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Positive attitude in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers in German and English language.
