Position Overview

We are looking for a Community Manager (f/m/d) to enhance our Educational Community - Tech by driving the adoption of paramate within academic environments. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong technical background and excel in relationship-building, with a passion for disseminating technical knowledge and inspiring enthusiasm for 3D design automation. You will have the unique opportunity to engage with universities, lab managers, and educational programs, integrating paramate into various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for trinckle with our educational partners, strengthening relationships and boosting engagement with paramate.
  • Investigate educational sectors to uncover opportunities for integrating paramate, identifying specific needs and challenges in design automation.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to promote the use of paramate in educational institutions, embedding it into their curricula and research activities.
  • Define applications, use cases, and learning formats for paramate in educational contexts, collaborating with academic leaders to identify deployment opportunities.
  • Assist educational teams in creating custom design automation applications using paramate, providing expertise, training, and technical support throughout the process.
  • Develop instructional materials for educational purposes and equip educators with the necessary resources for independent paramate instruction.
  • Organize and lead paramate educational events in partnership with academic institutions, empowering them to conduct future events independently.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with educational partners to ensure effective application and utilization of our design automation solutions and events, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Initiate and manage multiple projects utilizing paramate, closely collaborating with educational teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Continuously offer support and guidance to paramate's educational users, staying actively connected to foster their engagement and involvement.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; alternatively, a degree in Business with a proven record in the tech sector. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in application engineering, business development, or account management, ideally within the tech or educational sectors.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of university and educational stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for education, innovation, and technology, along with a commitment to making a positive impact on the educational community.
  • Intermediate to advanced familiarity with design automation, CAD software, software development, or related technologies is advantageous.
