OnnoPlus GmbH is in search of a Community Engagement Manager (m/f/x) with a solid background in community oversight and content policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

Your Role Will Include:

  • Formulating and implementing strategies to enhance community engagement and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Overseeing and moderating community interactions to uphold adherence to established guidelines and content standards.
  • Planning and executing community events to boost engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Working closely with various teams to communicate community insights and influence product improvements.
  • Evaluating community performance metrics to identify trends and assess the success of engagement strategies.
  • Leading initiatives aimed at enriching the overall community experience.
Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in community management or similar roles, ideally within a social media context.
  • Demonstrated capability in crafting and executing community engagement strategies and managing digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of content moderation practices and the ability to enforce them effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging positively with community members and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret community data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in project management with a proven history of leading projects to successful completion.
